Precautions for Installation of Control Valve

Consumption: Steady-state air consumption of a signal control valve should be 1~2m2(standard)/h, that of low power consumption locator 0.8~1.3(standard)/h for estimate. That of switching valve should be estimated as 3~5 times of control valve, according to size of cylinder and action frequency. It should be noted that air consumption provided in specification is that under air supply pressure 140kPa and 20º C, which should be converted to that under standard state with leakage coefficient of 0.1~0.3 added.

Volume of air storage tank: Air storage tank of sufficient volume should be provided in air supply unit, volume to be calculated as the formula: V-Qstpo/(p1p2), whereof, V-volume of storage tank, m³

Site Debugging of Control Valve
After the installation, the control valve should be debugged on the site before the starting of the production process. The site debugging is divided into circuit debugging and system debugging.
